i no it sounds stupid but i like dancing but im not any good and i wanted to loose some weight and tone up but i dont know what websites or dvds etc there are to use any tips would be great, i tried youtube stuff but its not very good
Dancing with the Stars has produced a DVD. If you watch the show the two teachers are Cheryl and Makim. They do four dances and teach the steps and provide music to dance to.
I always tell students that it always looks better than it feels, so you may not be nearly as bad as you think that you are.
I 'd love to learn belly dancing and lose some weight having fun, but all the DVDs I've seen on Amazon have mixed reviews and I'm confused as to what would be best. If anyone could recommend a DVD that they know from experience is good for what I'd like, I'd really appreciate it.
