I can’t afford lessons or dvds, but I can learn quickly from instructions. I like hip-hop dancing, and no one is going to see me so I’m not ashamed to look stupid for now. I’m only about 10lbs overweight, but I’d also like to get some muscle tone. Any websites for dancing that can help burn calories and improve muscle are great.

I would like a dvd (to play on a british dvd player, im not sure what region that would be) to learn how to burlesque dance. obviously it will just be the basics, but that’s fine. my friend and I would like to give it a try in the comfort of our own homes.

It would be good if it covered a routine i could do for my boyfriend.

Would burlesque or a lap dace dvd be better. Just something that teaches sexiness without ’sluttyness’ sort of thing. I would just like to learn a bit of confidence with my body and movements.
