ok never said having lesson's and need help to remeber and practise with !

You can't learn ballroom from books, and it is nearly impossible to learn solely from DVDs. You need to go to classes because there you will have a 3-dimensional live instructor and a partner to dance with. It makes a lot of difference. You can look for classes here: http://www.ballroomdancers.com (also check their learning center for the free demonstrations of the steps)

If you insist on DVSs here is a good resource:
http://www.dancevision.com
http://www.dancesport.uk.com

If you are already having lessons – that's great. I gave you the links to the good reputable ballroom sites that sell DVDs. Besides that, I recommend approaching someone from your class and asking if she wants to stay and practice after the class, or maybe she'd be open to the idea of practicing additionally, or maybe open to the idea of going to dance socially. Social dancing is a great opportunity for you to practice. Even if you don't have anyone to go with – just go by yourself, there is plenty of people who are just like you there. Sorry, this is not what you asked. A good reference book for International Standard is The Ballroom Technique AKA The Grey Book: http://www.ballroom-connection.com/xcart/home.php?cat=8 be aware it is only a reference not a textbook. It has no pattern or detailed explanations, it only has every syllabus step one by one listed with correct alignments, timing and footwork. Latin books (red ones) are not as carefully written and I find them hard to understand. http://www.ballroomdancers.com/Dances/Default.asp has short videos of all steps.
