Wow, a lot of negativity bro. I have done my research and a lot of ‘professionally made’ DVDs don’t give you the knowledge. I teach in London and the South East UK, have taught 1000’s of people how to dance and have now put the techniques into a DVD. The text on screen is for a slow motion part in the Gliding section. Do you see text apart from that clip? Also, some beginners don’t know what stretches to do. Are you looking for perfect camera work or looking to learn how to dance?
