proms coming… and i dont know how to dance?
okay, i know proms creeping up in about a month and i really must learn how to dance. i dont know how to dance at all. im not sure i can even move my hips right! My boyfriend on the other hand is an excellent dancer and can do any thing. I know this to be true because when we went to a wedding girls kept asking hiwm to dance with them. Are there any dvds that teach some basics move or dancing i need to knowfor prom? Are there any songs off utube you can reccomend? (i know crank that for sure) i just want to be able to dance and not stand on the sidelineswathicng stupidly. Any recomendations i would really really apreciate
oh please dont recommend any instructions for slow dances, thats the only thing i can do! Jus for everthing else .Thank u so much
Okay well… I personally think that is better to learn to dance by actually dancing in person wit somebody that knows. If your boyfriend does know, that's cool. But.. i know it would be kind of embarrassing to ask him to teach you. If i was you i would ask a friend or anybody ELSE that knows how to, and i would practice everyday if possible. Then the day of the dance you can surprise him!
Just find somebody, that is willing to teach you ok.
Relax and feel the music and you'll get it. Is not hard i promise.

wow really i have no idea how to dance anything but then
you dont need to stress just ask your boyfriend to teach you
instead of praticing off of a video thingy okkie hope my advice works

you don't have to be a pro to dance.just listen to the beat of the music…..and let every single cell in you bdoy vibrate with the waves of the rhytm..

Ask a friend who knows to help you out, look up videos on youtube of dance teams, performers, half time and any other dancing keywords you can think of. Try to learn or imitate it. But proms are not like a big dancing thing because everybody is partnered up and just rocking side to side. Two stepping.
