Or where can some one find dvds to teach them how to do these things?
Carmen Electra has a few dvds for striptease and lapdance, you can probably get them from amazon or ebay, or whatever your local trade site is. I'm not sure about pole dances though sorry.

i have a pole myself and i just learnt by practasing and watchin people who can do it on youtube for ideas

If you want to be really good, actually look for a teacher in the Yellow Pages or something.
Anything you do never really cuts it if you learn through videos. It's like the difference between getting a college degree and having a professor lecture you, and going to your local bookstore.
